The Xplorer would take less time than the loco hauled services because the
Xplorer's have a top speed of 140kph compared to the  loco hauled job with a
top speed of 110 or 115kph.
What do you mean "Possibly extension of the Armidale/Moree explorer to
Griffith I assume...."
You might want to check out a map of NSW, Armidale and Moree aren't exactly
close to Griffith.
Where would Countrylink get the extra sets from?  Are they buying more?
