The Ghan has just been reported leaving Broken Hill at 21:20 E.S.S.T  Loco NR73
in charge.  It was due to leave at 17:55, making it 3 hrs 25 mins late for a
12:40 arrival in Sydney.  (Plus delays due to no TOW)
