GN + WCR T's - WMB ballast Sun 27/2

A GN T (number unknown at this stage) and WCR T385 will work a ballast
to Warrnambool and back on Sunday 27/2.

Times are:
West Tower 0400
Werribee 0510
Sth Geelong 0630-0635 (might be longer though, they have to get piloted
through the occupation to Winchelsea)
Camperdown 0800
Terang 0830 - then work locally between KP228-232, down side Terang
Warrnambool arr 1330
Runaround, reverse loco's (GN to lead both ways)
Warrnambool dep 1400
Winchelsea 1700-1800 (wait return occupation)
Sth Geelong 1830
Geelong 1835-1935 (8246 would run through)
Werribee 2045
Newport 2110-2140  (drop wagons at Anzac siding)
West Tower 2210.
