Second, but still the largest (in population and in physical size). 8-)

Yes and no. I think the management up here in Sydney are always interested
to learn more about DOO since it works well in Perth, and probably works ok
(most of the time) in Melbourne.

But there are still too many intrinsic issues which preclude DOO being
adopted right away, and these issues are mostly infrastructure related ones
more than work practice ones.
