oops! Chiltern Loop problems.

Chiltern Loop is fitted with the new LED Departure signal heads, at the Down
end .
They are very bright, and can be seen from a long way off, and also from
directly below, waiting for a cross?
The Up arrival signal is an old head reused.
The problem, only a little one, or perhaps many millions of little
ones......The Ballast is undersise and much too dusty. Seems the Contractor
will have to clean it all, and /or replace it with a quality the specified
size contracted for...Big Bucks here , boys and girls
