Yes that is true.
  
My little ramble on double stacks and other high and
long rail vehicles, highlights just how constipated
parts of the national rail network are.
  
We all know the topography down South and over East is
very difficult in parts and there is little chance of
that changing.  The real potential of rail will never
be fully exploited.
