What has that got to do with the government owned
Queensland Railways.? Presumably Richard Court wants
to gid rid of government owned railways, not let
another state owned mob move into WA.

Last time I looked into the WA site they were like NSW
and Queensland, big on brave new world railway rhetoric
but small on when privatisation will take place.

BTW, via a good friend who is "connected" politically
from the Top End to Canberra, the States may be on the
outside looking in, re the NRC sale.!
Story goes, there is a private alliance with non
taxpayer money, something the states do not have,
"making enquiries", and have been for some time.

NRC aint exactly Telstra, a public float is out of the
question, so next best thing is private ownership.
Fits in with the Federal Libs philosophy.
