Most nights Transit police (Vic Police Transit Patrol) ride the trains to
try to reduce the problem, the other night I had 2 Uniform Cops travel in
the blacked out trailer whilst 3 plain clothed (jeans casual dress etc) rode
in the cars.

I assume that they had no trouble because I never saw any problem on that
trip.
