W99/18 proclaims the SCT trains run:

Note the Up LE is 0749 - a down No.

For revealing these times, I will now get hunted down by the ARTC confidentiality
police and punished, (by getting locked inside a swingdoor compartment with RRL). |-)

Also, what is the siding to SCT secured by?  Another Switchlock?  More Repeaters?  Or
is ARTC policy different?
