Maybe its because when they stuff up they get hit in the back?

I heard Goofy in Echuca and again in Dimboola sort of an extension of GY and
VFGY, play on words. But those Geelong blokes were a strange lot. Most of
the ones left went to the Pass Mob, leaving the young ones running the
Freight, they are all "sparkies:" and despite the occasional whif of ozone,
are all a breath of fresh air, and really good blokes to work with...at
last.
