The 60km/h limit only applies from Northgate to Normanby. The problem is
not their width but that they roll excessively. The speed limit is to
control the roll.

They are not presently allowed to run past Normanby. They are not permitted
to run to Acacia Ridge (although one may be going there soon on test).
