I am asked this question frequently, but I have never seen the ad.  If
anyone gets a vidcap, please e-mail a jpg and I will answer the question.

Guessing from slender clues:
NSW or Victoria.

I am told that it is two storey brick, with a verandah, overlooking a
railway line, flat onto the street and not L shaped.
Possibly Bribbaree, but I don't know how a typical public-relations firm
was ever able to find it.
