Great Britain thought that when they spent multi-billion pounds on roads and
putting a ring road round London..All it does is put more traffic on the
road... One good thing though, about it is that there is so much traffic
using it that the congestion slows the traffic down and results in less
accidents.
All building roads creates is a few millionaires who build the roads, namely
polititians with their fingers in the pie.
