 This is far from unused. The Sth coast 'Outers' terminate at Martin Place
and turn back using this siding.
 Trains have been grafiti attacked in there, as there is access from the tunnel
portal near the Art Gallary.

 Also not unused, its a car park. One tunnel to the bridge is an air-shaft,
with a big fan down the station end, the other is an access road.

 Harbour Tunnel. Nth Sydney :-). Unless you mean the Opera House car park.
