[Melbourne - trams] Location query

In the video "Tram People", about 10 mins from the end, there is a view
taken looking from the front of a tram as it approaches what appears to be a
"third road" siding. The siding is laid in concrete, and is connected
directly to both running lines. There is double track in open ballast next
to the siding. I can only think that this is the Brunswick St siding, which
has been relaid in concrete and provided with direct connections to both
running lines in lieu of the previous arrangement where it was only
connected to the down line, a crossover being used to reach the up line.

Anybody know?
