Yes, Tom and John of Austrains have produced a HO scale RTR C class model,
but they are not taking any more orders since the re-run is completely sold
out, as advised in the most recent Austrains newsletter.

I am waiting for the NR class to arrive, since it'll be the first Australian
prototype RTR locomotive ever to have a DCC socket as standard, and this is
a very positive move.

I also want to paint up a pair of NR's in AN green and gold to run around at
exhibitions... Just like a certain modeller's tuscan 81 class from a few
years back, a pair of AN-coloured NR's will really stir up the possums! he
