  T sets are standard suburban types, configured as D-N-N-D, whereas G
sets have a car with a toilet and 'more confortable' seats, configured
OD-ON-ONL-OD and are designed for outer suburban work, ie futher than
Sydney but no quite as far as where a V set may go
