[Melb] Ringwood Problems

Ringwood is still having problems with the signalling, this morning it hit
just before 7am, just in time to delay everything by about 10 minutes during
the morning peak.

Give me a good old frame any day, at least when things go wrong they can be
fixed quickley, not have to wait an hour or two for a special fitter to come
and re boot the computer.
