Peterbrough Station news tue 2nd nov 1999.

Hi all, a busy day today,started at 7:40 am with a Eastbound TNT freight
locos in charge NR75 NR34

Next was a double consist Indian Pacific on time at  13:12 hrs 1:12pm
Engines up front was NR40 NR11 ,  I had my new outfit on for the first
time and was pleased to see a bit of passenger traffic with 6 disembarking.
I hope to have photos of me in my outfit shortly ( dread you say )

The empty eastbound B Hill ore train came through next at 16:00hrs with
NR78 making light work of it up the grade.

BHP down freight rattled through next with the mostly empty consist making
a great racket, only 4 wagons were loaded with flat plate for Whyalla, with
loco  NR108 working her guts out with the long consist.
