Yep, unfortunately this is the usual type of one sided reporting that ACA is
renowned for.   Moreover, the story seemed so inappropriate given Jeff  has
just poured millions into the Met Card system, in addition to advertising to
promote the use of trams  ACA must be desperate for a story - perhaps they
should try using a hidden camera to investigate a dodgy mechanic ripping off
his customers - that'd be a new one!!!
