It has become the infill frequency to the existing services and as you say serves a
quite large catchment of offices. I would have said that the trams in general do a fair
amount of business in Vic Parade but not so much in Latrobe St. How long will the 23/24
services remain, there are only about 4 inbound am peak and 4 outbound pm peak at
present.

The 86 and 11 trams are supposed to use the new terminus to be located somewhere past
the Casino stop, Southbank Depot area would be about right or at least in the
reservation just off Clarendon Street. Spencer St would be served by the 75s or if they
go around the big loop then nothing north of Bourke Street.
