Train Times for Adelaide to Crystal Brook.

Does anyone have any details on freight train schedules between these two 
places.
I realise that all train times these days are secret so rough approximations 
would do.
I am trying to complete/update  my Train Dispatcher model for Melb to Crystal 
Brook and have gotten as far as Adelaide.
Things which would be useful are do trains like the MP / PM series actually 
stop at Islington for any length of time.
Are there any freight trains which run from Adelaide to Pt Pirie / Pt Augusta 
and terminate ?
