Yep, Caulfield has been put into the send Dandenong train down the Dandenong
lines and Frankston tains down the Frankston Line.  The interlocking
at Caufield is just too slow to swing train accross.  Even in the off
peak with 15 minutes on each line it is just too slow.

With regard to Ringwood points failure at the junction (46) in the morning
a failure and the signalman would try to secure the points normal and stuff
the down Belgrave line.  In the evening secure the points reverse and
stuff Up lilydale trains.  Must keep things moving, at the expence of the 
line that is least important.  This will give some time until the fitters
arrive, but eventually he will have to remove the hand point lever
and stuff everything.
