Doesn't make much difference when it happens to a "double ended set", they
may have 2 controlling levers, but you still need both to complete the
route.

and if it happens on the junction for Lilydale / Belgrave, then say goodbye
to the peak service.

Ringwood still is the busiest Junction station in Melbourne during the peak.
