Heard on the 7-30 report tonite for the first time the Democrats Policy on
diesel fuel excise , which is to keep the excise on heavy trucks and abolish
it for rail.
About time we have a sensible policy on this , as it will just help a little
bit to level the incredibly tilted playing field.
