No you're not, Maurie. I would think that when ARTC gets into its stride regarding
the day to day operations after it gets some of the other bits of its house in
order following years of complete indifference from various Governments, you will
see something like that happen. There have been over many years, discussions
regarding a common rule book but as you can imagine, no one appeared willing to
bite the bullet.
