Last night at Dynon R711 was cold and buried behind two pass cars. Several
BL's were alive and at the Footscray end of the Car shed, along with J104. A
C was in 3 Car shed [as was at least one of the 48's], and the cab was
already stripped out! All numbers were removed, and it looked like window
glass was being removed. I wonder if they will remove the cab completely
during the rebuild! These cabs were the first fully independent cabs mounted
to the frames on [rubber?] bushes to cut out noise and vibration.
Also saw a freshly painted AN, which looked very good behind the ugly
NR.about to depart South Dynon.
