John,

HVR's trips to places such as Toodyay, Jarrahdale, Dwellingup, yes.

Runs through to Donnybrook, etc - and certainly the 3-day rail cruises -
would be stretching it on coal.

Is the PMR allowed up to Dwellingup on a regular basis? IIRC, the DM and DD
ran an axleload close to 15 tons.
