More Brisbane Light Rail stuff

I went to the Brisbane Model Train thing on the weekend and the latest
output from the BLR people caught my eye. It seems that in many places
the new tram will run next to the kerb with the roadway being reduced to
one lane each way. This solves the problem of traffic having to stop
when trams stop but cuts down on the roadway usable for cars. It also
puts paid to the idea of re using old tram tracks.
