Dont hold your breath Les , this is around report No 28 in to how to fix the 
Rail mess in Australia.
Dont forget also that the current Govt wont do anything until the productivity 
commissions current inquiry into rail is completed, not due until early next 
year.
By then the Feds will have flogged off their share of NRC and will have no 
interest in rail at all.
Comments made by the current federal transport minister seem to bear this out 
,as he keeps talking about the private sector taking a lead in fixing the rail 
mess.
