And the other thing that business will tell you is that whoever charges the 
least , irrespective of the speed will get the freight.
Rail can easily beat road on price if 
1/ Rail operators dont have to pay idioticly high  track access charges , (VF 
wont have to)
2/ Rail operators dont have huge debts incurred through buying massive fleets 
of brand new locos , (VF dont.)

All VF have to do is copy ASR , but do it a bit quicker , they have only 15 
years gainst 50.
