Will this be operated out of the V/Line Freight office at Shepparton, and

Is this all freight lines, or just main lines that will be maintained at
80kph, eg Toolamba - Echuca (currently 40kph), Shepparton - Dookie
(currently 30kph), Shepparton - Tocamwal (currently 65kph).

Where else does Echuca get rice form other than Tocamwal, and north of
Echuca?  Will this mean that all freight will run through Toolamba from Echuca?
