It isn't fare evasion, you have paid your fare.

But it is in breach of the regulations.

I think 206.  Something about, a ticket which requires machine validation
must be validated when boarding a road or rail vehicle or entering a paid
area.

I just want to know, Does a valid ticket (one which has a expiry date, 
correct zone, not expired yet, concession card if req.) require machine
validation?
