           What a damn shame they did not have the funds to do it properly!
They would have been a nice additive to a pretty lack lustre system.
            Victoria has had a lot of sucess stories, but we sure have seen
some monumental failures too.And we were all the worse off for them. I am
thinking of course of Mr Binns Southern Cross.What a magic thing it was to
see. What a shame that it still failed, even though the money was thrown at
it
             Did the set of cars ever get running in NSW?  and if so any
photos of it taken recently?
