The Newport TT is in the ground and operational.  It's just the trackwork
requiring completion at this stage.  It is a joint effort between
Steamrail and 707 and we are waiting for some promised rail to be
delivered so then tracks can be laid.
The connection to the rest of the yard is intact, so it will be a fairly
straigtforward effort when the rails arrive.
