If you're talking about Baldwin-build D59-class 5917, it's currently in bits
at the Lachlan Valley Railway, Corwa.
As I understand it, there seems to be a dispute over who owns it and no one
is willing to spend any money on it until the ownership thing is sorted out.

Willing to be corrected if I'm wrong on this.
