There are three parts to BHP Westernport (PTC Long Island). Slabs (not
billets) go in one part, coil in orange or grey containers emerge from
another part. If you continue past the coil yard and cross the road
(Bayview Ave?) you pass under Victorias first armco rail tunnel and
after about 1-1.5km arrive at Cresco where the yellow scrap boxes are
loaded. This is fairly easily followed in your Melways. BHP security
is very serious about breaches of their property.

Billets are about 8-10cm square cross section and around 12-15m long.
Slab is about 15-20cm thick, about 75cm-1.5m wide and vary from 10-15m
long.
