Have to agree with the other comments though especially about
Melbournians having no respect for the public property.  Melbourne's
suburban trains do leave a lot to be desired.  I wonder if most of the
trashing of sparks is done during late night running or if much is done
during the day.  It's interesting to note that non-urban trains which
originate from out of the metropolitan area are mostly lacking in
streetkid art.   The last time I saw tagging on a V/Line train
was...well...can't remember...
