Maclaughlin siding was closed on 6/7/197. according to the diagram in the back
of RAILWAYS of the CANBERRA and MONARO DISTRICTS by H J W Stokes it was a loop
that since 1941 had a platform. Maclaughlin siding served a meatworks.
