I remember plans of 2+3 seating in 1st class and 3+3 seating in
2nd class for the train. No separate dining-car, but some
service at the seat, possibly only in 1st class. The seating is
comparable to medium range aeroplanes (A319..321, B737/757), as
passengers will only spend a limited time in the train. Seating
will definitely be more cramped than in the ICE.
