Cache-Post-Path: atlas.projectx.com.au!unknown@ts0-003.projectx.com.au
suggests that this person posted from ts0-003.projectx.com.au via the news 
server atlas.projectx.com.au - The news server seems to be an NNTPCache 
news server fed from Telstra direct, which was probably what led you to 
believe that he was posting from Telstra. Might be advisable to resend that 
report to root@projectx.com.au or postmaster@projectx.com.au
