Re: City Rail Security Guards




I usually read with interest what Craig has to say - but I cannot
believe his comments on this occasion.
There seems to be an ethos in CityRail that "we just run trains" -
forget the customer, forget their safety, forget their time, and
forget their convenience and comfort. If CityRail (and their employees
in particular) were more concerned about some of the things listed
above then maybe a lot more people would be using the trains. 

On the Chubb guards - the idea is correct (making late night trains
more secure and hence making customers feel safer about using trains
at night) even though the execution is atrocious.
