WN25/99 still shows the following "track condition" related speed restrictions
on the Cressy line.

81.680 - 83.550    30 KPH
138.000 - 138.100   30 KPH
175.800 - 176.500  50KPH
212.500 - 213.600 50KPH
231.000 - 233.200 20KPH
