But the rule was changed to inculde red side lights as well.  The reason
being as the new LED lights in level crossings have red side lights 
(most of them are fitted to new crossings like Upfield line, and overhead
lights at almost all crossings. The ones that go over the road, so they
don't have to get up there to change light globes all the time)
