No this was removed (along with the limit of shunt) back in May, you can
no longer let a Up train from the center line from Camberwell into
platform 3.
There are still many 'fixed' train stops around Melbourne places include:
Sunshine, Franklin Street, Westall, Flemington Racecourse.
With the expection of Flemington Racecourse they are all to stop
sparks from going down a track which is not wired.
At Flemington Racecourse the fixed train stop is for the fixed arm at the
up end of platform 1 (post 67)
