The cars from hornsby end are 3752, 41??, 4051, 3057.
4051 has a staucnhion up inside its shell at the No.1 end, which was dragged
down (the staunchion) and partly landed on the roof of 3057, crushing the
pantograph
and the rear of this car.

Much of the ballast piles had been removed by the end of Saturday night (11th)
No other work was proceeding overnight; Only a security guard and inspector were

on duty at the scene, which was in darkness other than the lights from the MC in
the
distance.
