Anyone want their own Rail Yard?

Albury- Expressions of Interest Former Goods Yard.
Expressions of interest are being sought for parties to utilise the former
Albury Goods Yard.
There will be preference for rail related uses. The successful registrant
will be liable for payment of rates, taxes and other outgoings.
Registrants will be required to nominate proposed usage, provide evidence of
financial capacity, provide evidence of relative experience, indicate the
extent of any return to the authority.
Written Registrations close at 2.00 pm on 26-07-99 with the Regional
Manager, Rail Estate, PO Box 2150, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650.

This is rather interesting as recent indications that Freight Victoria would
move from Wodonga to Albury in the short term, have been denied by local
management!
