This is interesting because one of the stumbling points for the sale of NRC
was that they (NRC) didnt own the terminals at Dynon ,so they couldnt be 
included in the sale .
Pretty pointless selling NRC without terminals .
Dont know what the situation is with terminals in the other capitals.
Does it indicate anywhere how much ARTC have to pay for the SG lease?
