The era when many trains ran between Melbourne and Sydney for Easter was
post 1962.
For many years eight trains left Melbourne on the Thursday:
7.45, 8.40, 17.10, 17.45, 18.45, 20.00, 21.40 & 22.30.
In one year (1964?) a 22.50 was scheduled, but didn't run.
