But why would you want to speed up the night train? This would mean either a
later departure (unattractive for people concerned about security at
stations before departure - imagine Campbelltown at 2200!) or an earlier
arrival (ugh - 0600 at Spencer St in July - is there a worse place to be?)

The night timetable is fine as it is.
